Bali Villas

Our villa is called Astika Toyaning or beautiful water – well nearly. Astika means beauty, simple and minimalist and Toyaning – clean fresh water used in rice fields. Astika Toyaning is part of the Sungai Pangi Estate – a small villa complex of 8 luxury villas in Canggu set on a plot of over 120 are (12,000 sqmtrs) overlooking the Sungai Pangi river.

Astika Toyaning was completed in mid 2008 and its the total space (excluding car parking, common areas, etc,.) is nearly 1,600 sq mtr with 4 bedrooms (three double beds one twin bed); a 20 meter lap pool; 10 meter square pool; separate kitchen pavilion that seats 12 for dinner; a lounge and multimedia room.

There are loungers for 8 people around the pools as well as a Bale that sits at the end of the lap pool. The large outside living area overlooks both pools. We have three full time staff (two housekeepers and a full time cook) plus gardener, pool and security.

We finished construction nearly a year ago but have yet to formally put it on the rental market. We have stayed in it quite a lot as well as family and friends to date. It is ‘modern Bali’ in style built to western standards. We used a Australian architect and construction company

Located in Canggu it is approx 20 minutes drive to “eat street” and the Legian/Oberoi Hotels, 15 minutes walk to the local beach and 20 minutes drive to Tanah Lot, Le Meridien Hotel and the famous Tanah Lot golf course

Rates and Terms

• Low Season, January 9 – July 14 (excluding Chinese New Year & Easter period), September 16 – December 19
• High Season, Chinese New Year 2009 (Feb 4 – 9), Easter Week 2009 (April 10 – 16), and July 15 – 31, September 1 – 15
• Peak Season, August 1 – 31, December 20 – January 8
• All rates subject to subject to 5% service charge and 10% Government Tax (15% totals)
• Extra charges are for: Internet, F&B at cost, Car & driver.
• Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
• Late Check-Out until 15:00 is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day.
• Late Check-Out until 18:00 will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 will be charged at full nightly rate.
• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car
• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa
• In-villa breakfast for first morning stay
• WiFi Internet access – usage at costumer’s account (prepaid voucher) – personal laptop with broadband enable is required
• Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by order – in house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa.
• Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guests’ account.
• Latest model 6-seater air-conditioned car with personal English speaking driver is available for an extra US$ 55 per day – ALL IN.
