Kayu Raja means King’s Wood or Wood of the King. The charm of the King reflected in the design and interior of our resort villa, a modern architecture design combined with Balinese wood and artwork. Our Location
Villa Kayu Raja located on the heart of Seminyak, where luxury resorts and fashionable fine dining are here. Seminyak is the area where sophisticated living is provided… this is the area where people pampering themselves all day long. Seminyak could be reached only 30 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport, and 10 minutes away from the center of Kuta Beach and Legian, the venue of night life entertainment.
Accommodation
Villa Kayu Raja has 58 villas; consist of 48 one bed room villas and 10 two bed room villas. Each villa has private pool, open air living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen set as well as single Jacuzzi bath with shower in the bathroom. All villas are built in secluded design of building structure, a nice combination of privacy and luxury living. Enjoy the faзade and interior theme of the living room, decorated with Karawangan motif wood carving with the swimming pool just under the living room, completed with sun deck lounger.
The utter private, calm, and composed ambience is at it’s best for newly couples in one bedroom villas, while the warm and yet spacious living room and bedroom provided for families in two bedroom villas.
Each villas completed with ceiling fan at the open air living room, comfortable sofa set, 42” LCD TV with DVD/CD/VCD player, working table and chair, and telephone.
The dining area is adjacent by the living room, facing the pool, completed with kitchen set.
The air conditioned bedroom located on the second floor, with spacious king size bed as well as twin bed rooms in some of the villas. Jacuzzi Bath and shower, walk in wardrobe, vanity mirror and double wash basin. We provide complete audio and video facilities in the bedroom with 42” TV.

The living room is completed with ceiling fan, with comfortable sofa, and 42” LCD television with DVD/VCD/CD Player; it is perfect to receive guests. There’s a writing table in corner of the living room completed with telephone and a chair.
The bedroom located on second floor is spacious with king size bed or twin beds, individually controlled AC, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, walk-in wardrobe, vanity mirror and double wash basins, chair and 42” LCD television with DVD/VCD/CD Player.
Some of the villas also featuring the rooftop patio and a gazebo completed with two massage beds for spa and enjoying afternoon tea while watching the brilliant color as the sun setting down.
